Your Statutory Rights 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most purchases made online without giving a reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive confirmation of your purchase.

Digital Downloads (PDFs, Excel Files, Toolkits, Dashboards)

• Free downloads: No purchase, no refund required.
• Paid digital downloads: You have a 14-day right to cancel, unless you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right once download begins.
• If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Once you have downloaded the file and consented to waive your cooling-off right, no refund is due under statute. However, if the file is faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Membership Subscription

• Within 14 days of first subscription, no content accessed: Full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 14 days, content accessed: We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.
• After 14 days: No statutory refund right. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 14 days and have not substantially accessed the library, a pro-rata refund for unused months may be offered at our discretion.

Zero to Hero Live Training Programme

• Before programme start: Full refund of all amounts paid if cancelled within 14 days of payment.
• After programme starts, before Week 3: First instalment (50%) is non-refundable. Second instalment will not be charged if you withdraw before Week 3.
• Results guarantee: If by the end of Week 3 you have not successfully deployed at least 5 working AI tools in your actual procurement workflow, the second instalment (50%) will not be charged. To claim this, email us at the end of Week 3 with a brief description of the tools you attempted to implement.
• After programme completion: No refunds.

Corporate Training

Refund and cancellation terms for corporate training engagements are set out in the individual service agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us for clarification.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@supplychainaipro.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number or payment reference
• The product or service you wish to return
• Your reason for the request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from how it was described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund regardless of when you purchased it. Please contact us with details of the issue.

Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For independent advice, contact the Citizens Advice Bureau at citizensadvice.org.uk or call 0808 223 1133.
