Overview
At SupplyChain AI Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell digital products (eBooks, toolkits, prompt libraries, and templates) that are delivered instantly, our refund policy reflects the nature of these products while still protecting your rights as a consumer.
Digital Products (eBooks, Toolkits, Prompt Libraries, Templates)
All sales of digital products are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Because digital products can be copied and used immediately upon delivery, we are unable to offer refunds after download. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), which allows exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer’s consent.
Exceptions where we will issue a full refund:
Technical issues: If you are unable to download or access the product due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Product not as described: If the product is materially different from its description on the store page, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Membership Subscription
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member resources until the end of the period you have paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
First 14 days: If you are a new member and request cancellation within the first 14 days of your initial subscription and have not downloaded or accessed any premium resources, we will issue a full refund. If premium resources have been accessed, no refund will be issued (consistent with the digital content exception above).
Free Products
No refunds apply to free downloads or free lead magnets. These are provided at no cost and carry no financial obligation.
Custom AI Agent Services
Refund terms for custom AI agent projects are specified in the individual project agreement signed before work begins. In general, any upfront deposit is non-refundable once project discovery work has commenced.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@supplychainaipro.com with:
Your order number or transaction ID.
The product name.
The reason for your refund request.
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Directive that cannot be waived. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
